Spotlight: The ICJ and the Israeli Occupation

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has been the stage for more than 50 countries and a number of international organizations to make their case about the Israeli occupation of Palestine.

In 2022, the United Nations General Assembly requested the ICJ to give a non-binding opinion of the legal consequences of the Israeli occupation. Jonathan Kuttab, international lawyer from Lancaster, PA, and Kim Sharif, activist and lawyer from London are tonight's guests.
