Instructions:

1. Fill the form below and press the 'Calculate Total' button.
2. When ready to make your payment press the 'Submit Payment' button.
3. You will be taken to PayPal to process your payment. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay with PayPal as you can pay with your credit card.
4. Fill in your payment details in PayPal. Press 'Review Order and Continue'.
5. You will see the Review Your Payment screen. When ready press 'Pay Now'.
6. Note that PayPal's message 'YOUR ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO' means that this is your billing address.
7. To complete the transaction click 'Return to Friends of Sabeel - North America'.
8. You will see a confirmation screen once the transaction is completed. You will receive an email payment confirmation from PayPal and an email conference confirmation from FOSNA.
